01/24/2017 Check in and a flip flop of the schedule

It has been a little while since I checked in on the weight loss front.  I am happy to report that I am just a shade under 12 lbs. lost in exactly the past 21 days.  I am a tidbit under 157 right now and I am feeling pretty good, but I have more work to do.  I have to get under 150, at least.

Today, the weather is crap.  It's mid 30's temps, but it's raining and a little windy.  The storm they were predicting with tons of rain and horrible winds kind of fizzled, but it's still gross.  With tomorrow being forecast as high 40's and sunny, I decided mid run to switch today's run with tomorrow.  Consequently, I ran a strong 6 miler at about 8:12 pace, around 49 and change overall.  Tomorrow, I plan to do a little bit longer run of 8-9 miles, and not suffer the gross rain and cold.

Thursday will be my next HIIT day and I am on track for 4 runs and 2 cross training sessions this week.
