I have been off for a couple days. This is the week of the race. Saturday is D Day. We will see how the training has progressed, whether I like it or not. This week, I will get in a couple runs, today being the hardest.
I ran 5 miles today and I didn't do a traditional tempo run of warming up, running snd holding a pace, then cooling down. However, I did get out and run hard, especially near the end of my run. The splits look like this:
