I had limited time to run today, but wanted to keep the momentum up. I got out for a fast run of about 5 miles and finished in exactly 40 minutes. A strong run for a third day in a row, even though my left piriformis and hamstring just suck right now. I can manage to run, but my range of motion is a little less than normal. The worst part is that I feel it on every step. I think I need to put in a call to my tri-teammate, Physical Therapist, Jeff Zeigler.
In the meantime, I have a few post ideas I am working on to give you more and more information you can use. Some of the ideas are smaller, easier, like a write up featuring some bucket list races I have that might also interest others. Some, like two part interview series I am currently brainstorming, will take a little. Also, I am gathering some intel on the world of podcasting, thought I might give it a shot.
I don't know if people want to hear my weird voice though. FYI, National Running Day is coming up in a few short months, June 3rd. Make your plans now!!
