Recently, I was browsing a group I belong to and found a great recipe for granola. I am a sucker for granola and have to keep myself from eatings 8 servings at a time. The biggest problem most granola recipes have is that they are often loaded with sugar in some form or another. However, this one in the link below is not heavy on the sugar at all and it's not a difficult recipe. I like the idea of switching the chocolate chips in it to dark chocolate chips for some added nutritional power and, I like dark chocolate better. Enjoy!!
