It's a beautiful day for a run and I just finished up a decent 5 miler. It took me about 41 minutes as I was just out to get a run in, on my fourth day in a row. I didn't want to blow it all out as I have a big workout tomorrow.
I have decided to do a pyramid workout tomorrow. It looks like it's going to be 200m, 400m, 800m, 1200m, 1600m, and then back down. I plan on doing 100% recoveries in between. Taking the warm up and the cool down into play, I should end up with a strong 7+ mile workout tomorrow. It should also put me over the 30 mile threshold for the week.
Then I get the weekend off, for my body's sake :)
