03/17/2016 Feeling better, 5 miler

Finally, I feel a bit on the upswing.  My stomach is still a little off, but I would say I'm at about 90%.  I had time for a basic 5 miler today, building the week and keeping it simple.  I didn't kill myself as that comes tomorrow.  Here are the splits:

It was 40:11 for the total, which is 8:02/mile.  It's a pretty smooth set of splits, with a little quicker finish.  I like to end that way.

Tomorrow, I am doing a strong speed workout.  I want to get as many 400 meter repeats in as possible.  My goal is to run them right at 90 seconds a piece, with jog recoveries.  Care to take a guess on how many I do?
