03/16/2016 My guts still hurt, change of workout

I don't know why, but my stomach still sucks.  I don't know if it's a virus or what.  I still have an appetite, but my stomach hurts.  For most of the day, I thought I was scrapping my run completely today.  However, during the afternoon, I felt a little better and didn't want to do nothing.  

I got out for a time crunched 5 miles and forced myself to run faster, to save time.  I suffered through 5 miles and averaged 7:40/mile pace.  I am glad to have got it in, and done so quickly, but it hurt.  Here are the splits:

As you can see, with the exception of mile one, all were 7:36/mile or better.  I like that.  Hopefully, I can finish the week feeling better and get a couple more good workouts in.
