03/15/2016 Hey, did I have Taco Bell for breakfast & lunch?

Today was supposed to be 9-10 miles of a long run.  However, after about the first .25 miles, my stomach really was off.  I felt like garbage.  Like I had eaten Taco Bell, Blue Moon, Chili's, or something similar as I was heading out the door.  I actually almost stopped at 5 miles in, but forced myself to suck it up another 2 miles.

It was a shame too, because my legs felt great the whole time.  I held a pace of 8:10/mile for the 7 miles I did run and felt strong in the lower half.  It took me a shade over 57 minutes for the run.  Here are the splits:

I'm not sure what is with my stomach, but I'm going to try and squeeze the long run in tomorrow to make up for today.  It's really not a huge deal as I was still able to go for 7 miles, but I want to continue my momentum with the mileage over the next couple months.
