I wouldn't classify them as massive migraines, like I need a doctor or medication, but I definitely do not enjoy them and I can't really contain them. I think I was misdiagnosing them as caffeine headaches at first, but I have realized that, that isn't the case. Over the last week or so, I have had a few headaches off and on and I'm not sure if they are weather related, Mets related, race related, stress related, or what! I do know that I got one Wednesday evening and it was not good and carried over into Thursday.
It did get better later in the day and I am just hoping to avoid any more until after the race. I don't know how to avoid them, so I am just simplifying my meals and drinking a lot in an effort to stave it off.
