Yesterday and today, I decided to get in a couple significant walks. I walked for an hour yesterday and about 55 minutes today. I wanted to get some time on my feet, some fitness, but not be running necessarily. I will say, with such nice weather, it was great to get out and enjoy stretching the legs. It is perfect weather here, low 70's and sunny.
I will get in a run later this afternoon as I do not want to stop running completely. I will get in a few this week as well as next week, with the marathon being next Sunday.
