So, after I finished 20 miles on Tuesday, I was basically broken the rest of the day and yesterday. The nutrition thing was huge too, because my stomach was off for about 24 hours post run. It's a good sign that I need to make sure race week is spent fueling like a professional.
Yesterday, as well as today, I was able to get out some walking. I walked about 20 minutes yesterday and today I did 2 walks of 20 minutes each. I feel at about 85% recovered at this point. I was going to jog today, but I will hold off until tomorrow.
