07/01/2015 Today's workout and cross training

I got in a strong 5 miles this morning and ran a decent pace, about 7:30/mile pace.  It was definitely a good effort.  I ran a pace I could push a little, but I still could have gone another couple miles if need be.  Over the next couple days, I need to get in a couple jogs of more like 6-8 miles at a time.  

This evening, old man softball and a little running around.  I didn't see much action at all so I didn't move as much as I normally do.  However, it was good to move around athletically at something other than just running.
