Today's run was around 1:20 at an average, comfort pace. I didn't really care about pace, time, miles, etc. I just wanted to get in a significant run. I know my fitness is ok right now, but I have work to do, specifically tempo and speed work if I want to get the results I want in my upcoming races.
As I look at the next 10 months of 2015 and all of 2016, I have a stretch of time that I can really achieve some race goals I have. As is true in most cases, it's the motivation and ability to hold motivation over a longer period of time. I am looking to layout some specifics, on paper, in the next couple weeks. Some of my goals depend on getting into races, proximity of some events, and getting Maura onboard with my craziness!
