02/24/2015 Quick run for the day and a great link

I didn't have a lot of time this morning so I had to force in a quick run.  I ran about 25-30 minutes at a decent effort, knowing I was cutting it short.  I would say I ran around 3-3.5 miles in a short amount of time.  A short run is better than no run.  In the past, I probably would have skipped it and just figured, "Well can't do a full run, what's the point?"  I know and alway knew, it is beneficial to get out and do something.  Even a run of around 15 to 20 minutes is worthwhile.  Check out this link for some quick tips on the same topic.

In addition to the run, I am planning to brutalize myself on that damn stepper later to get in another short workout.  That thing scares me.
