I have been a little up and down the last few days with the #onegallonchallenge, but I am back at it. I think the point I am trying to make for myself is simply to increase water intake over the long haul and I am doing that.
Today's run was the standard 6.5 miles-ish in about an hour. I desperately want to run outside and the next day I see at least 35 degrees, I am going for it. I was talking with friends yesterday and realized, besides the Cupid's Chase on the 14th, I do not know when the last time I ran outside was. It has been too long.
I have some spring and summer events that will be here shortly, I need to set the stage for them and running inside all the time, simply won't do.
