02/06/2015 Morning 10 miler, 1.5 hour run

I haven't stretched it out distance wise in awhile.  It was good this morning to stretch out to about the 10 mile distance.  I ran a comfortable pace that I could push harder if need be, and finished in about 1.5 hours.  The good news is that I feel like I could have definitely ran for another 5 miles at least without any real issues.  The fitness is there, I need to add in some speed stuff and get outside on some terrain.  

I am continuing to update the site, and I want to make it a good place to get information, read about some training going on, and learn some things you didn't know about that you can adapt to your workouts/runs.  I have a couple ideas for upcoming posts, including another interview and some help on how to pick a good sneaker.  If you have any questions or need some tips/advice, let me know and I will address specifics on here and get back to you personally.
