There have been a few changes to The Daily Fitness Journal over the last day or so. First and foremost, I sprung for my own domain! The web address is no longer 20 characters long with dashes, blogspots, etc. Here are the easiest ways to check out the blog:

Also, I have changed the look, graphics, placement of a couple things. I'm trying to freshen it up a bit. I have added a couple simple Amazon ads as well. I don't want it to be obtrusive, but why not. Amazon is where it's at.
Finally, I have added a store to the site. You will find the link tab just above the most recent article on the main page. I have no illusions of getting rich, but what I was really going for was a way to showcase the products I have and/or talk about. I will update it once in awhile. It has books I have read, some of the gear and clothes I wear, as well as the current and older models of the running sneakers I wear. Check it out if you see something I mention and you want to try it. I just figured if I am talking about stuff, why not make it easy to find in case people are intrigued.
If any of the changes make the site difficult or cause things to not load, work, link, please let me know. Also, if you don't like what I have done, let me know.
