01/13/2015 Afternoon jog for an hour, seriously sore hip flexors

Wow my hip flexors are tight and sore.  That class from Sunday is still hurting me.  I will say that after the jog, I feel a little more loose.  I'm hoping between that and maybe some advil, I will be good to go.  Also, pending on the temperature and my motivation, I am contemplating jumping on the stationary bike this evening for a quick spin to flush out the legs.  I'm not promising anything though as I continue to be a cold weather wuss.

On a side note, it is nice to see that my running seems to be bouncing back for me well.  I have done 5 runs in the last 9 days and already feel better.  Ramping up shouldn't be a problem moving forward towards my goals for the upcoming spring.
