Here is an article I just found highlighting the 41 most nutritious foods on Earth. It's all done based on a study and the CDC and trying to calculate vitamins, nutrients, blah, blah, blah.
All I care about really is trying to eat a lot of good things for me. I am not so concerned with eating number 1 instead of number 14 or passing on number 26 because I can eat number 3. I look forward to focusing on the ones on the list that I like and trying some of the ones I have never had.
As far as I'm concerned, #22 and #39, scallions and leeks aren't happening. See what you find on the list you like and explore ways to incorporate them often.
