02/10/2014 PM Workout

Tonight, I went through my 8 station workout I have used previously.  I did 5 sets of the rotation.  A full set of the 8 exercises at thirty seconds apiece, with a one minute rest at the end, finishes up at a total of 5 minute per round.  Since I did 5 sets of this, it ends up at a 25 minute workout.  The exercises are outlined below.  You can refer to previous posts for additional information on certain exercises, like the bird dog.

1.  Mountain Climbers
2.  Squats
3.  Dips
4.  Bird Dogs
5.  Split Squats
6.  Side Lunges
7.  Push ups
8.  Side Planks
