02/01/2014 PM Workout

Tonight I got on the treadmill for a good 6 miles in 49:30.  I maintained about an 8:15/mile pace and I kept the incline at 2% for the duration.  I felt good and although I have been concerned about where my fitness level is, I am beginning to think that it isn't as bad as I expected.

Because of the cold weather, I haven't been able to use the treadmill.  It simply will not turn on when it is under 28-32 degrees.  I don't necessarily want to be on the treadmill at those temps anyway, but it doesn't matter.

The weather is supposed to be better over the next week or so.  Consequently, I am going to try to get in a lot of running over the next couple weeks.  I plan to include a few days of multiple runs as well.
